Project Management (PM) decides the success or failure of a project, so the scientific and effective project management is very important.

that helps your project goes smoothly and well under control. Any problem happen, our professional project manager 

will stand by to solve the problem together with you, Customer’s satisfaction are all company staff’s biggest goals.

Our project management process is as follows:

Customer RFQ & Quotation

--We would welcome request for quotation with 2D or 3D drawing(Customer Tool Standard & Specification).

--Normally we are able to quote you within 2 days, however we can do it faster for special request, we always try to please our customers.

Feasibility Analysis for Product

--Receive customer file, our engineer team will make product Layout drawings, Thickness Analysis and structures checking)

Tool Design

--Tool design start according to Customer Tool Standard.

--Tool design 2D/3D drawing to customer for approval.

--Tool design adjust according to customer comments.

--Repeat this until customer final approval then start the mold or product making.

Schedule & Manufacturing Control

--Weekly report helps customer by photos, E-mails monitor the production schedule.

--Sales Representative daily follow up according to Schedule of course ,they will keep close in touch with you.

Mold for Sample

--Confirm sample’s quantity, color, raw material and material specification.

--IST (Initial Sample Testing) for 3-5 samples per type  or based on client's requirement.

--Send the samples to customer and Video (To help customer check the status of trial on the scene).

--PFU (Problem Follow Up) which Contents photos of detailed problems and suggested solutions.

Sample Evaluation & modification

--Dimension correction upon IST and customer’s feedback upon samples.

--Evaluate with customer for modifications and supply new sample and modify plan.

--Repeat until customer final approval for samples.
